Baptism Booking Request

Please complete this booking request form if you would like to book a Baptism in our Parish.

Please note that this is only a request and does not constitute an actual booking.

Once your form is submitted and processed, you will be contacted by the Parish Secretary who will let you know the availability of the date you have requested.

Before completing this form please note the following:

* At least one parent of the child to be baptised must be a Catholic. If you are an adult requesting Baptism for yourself please see our RCIA page.

* Baptisms are celebrated in Ss Peter and Paul Church, Kiama on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays of each month at 11.30am. Fr Chris Roberts, our Parish Priest, celebrates on the 2nd & 4th Sundays. Fr George Condookala, our Assistant Priest, celebrates on the 3rd Sundays. NB: If you choose to book for Baptism on a 3rd Sunday you will need to arrange a meeting with Fr George in the weeks before the Baptism.

* Baptisms can be arranged outside of these dates at any of our churches but it is up to you to organise another priest other than Fr Chris or Fr George.
